"WC in damage, no water tank flush. AC disappeared the cool menu (only fan & dry). TV lost channels. Several times calling for Technicians to repair. Exhausted! Last day asking a male receptionist for late checkout, only be allowed 30 minutes for 1 room whereas I booked in total 3 rooms. Although we checked out almost at 1pm due to waiting for porters. Worst part, after going home, the hotel staff called me for payment which they forgot to charge when I checked in untill checked out (I thought...

"Our villa has a large lawn right outside the door, and my puppy absolutely loves it. We also visited the mountain view villa area, the infinity pool there is perfect for taking photos. When I come with my family next time, we’ll definitely book the mountain view villa. They also have Chongqing hot pot here, which is super delicious. It’s really spicy, but so addictive, especially since it was cold in the mountain and even rained a bit in the afternoon. Hot pot was just perfect for the weather."
