Excellent service, great staff, value for money
My parents stayed here for a night and had an incredible time. The food in the club lounge was excellent and the service was absolutely best in class. The suite was very well appointed and the view of the golf course was an excellent cherry on top. 11/10 would recommend. My compliments to the GM.

We stayed here for a work trip and everything about the hotel is great - from the lovely sized rooms, to the service, the roof top bar, the breakfast, everything. I've stayed at a few places in Pune and this is definitely one of the better ones.

Luxury weekend getaway
A fantastic weekend experience with excellent choice of restaurants and friendly service. Choice of food and drinks at Ukiyo were sumptuous with great vibes, music and an outdoor area. Service was prompt and took care of all our requirements. Rooms were big and spacious with well maintained items and furniture.

Everything was perfect except the air conditioner...the ac just stopped working both the nights of our stay...the ac would be on for a couple hours and it just stops until you turn it on again on thermostat

Excellent and one of the best hotel experience
I loved the property. From checkin to checkout. Everything in between was excellent. It was my husbands bday and the had a lovely balloon Decorating and cake for him in the room. They upgraded us with lounge access which was a blessing coz we were traveling with our little one. They were very child friendly and would provide us with anything and everything we asked for. The Resturants has amazing cocktails and food. My personal favourite was their Japanese Resturant. They were outstanding, one of the beat Japanese I have had in a while. Their breakfast spread was superb! I had requested the chef for a Shakshuka and he went out of his way to make it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and experience at Ritz Pune. Looking forward to coming back again.

Great hotel but service needs to improve.
Fantastic property . One of the best modern hotels in India . Having said that service needs fine tuning . Maybe being a new property it’s teething trouble . Drinks at the bar served without napkins , coasters. A fabulous spa experience was ruined because there was no hot water in the spa showers .
