Best property

Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff.

A new hotel....stayed there in the first month of its opening and found it to be excellent.Considering it was new, there was no sign of any of the teething troubles that normally are evident immediately after opening.Staff were very friendly and efficient. and the rooms were comfortable and stylish. The entire ambience of the Hotel was one of elegance and class. The spa was also of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

very friendly and attentive staff. great location

Here’s a polished, positive review you can use: ⸻ I recently stayed at Best Western Phagwara with my elderly mother, who is a wheelchair user, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our...

Excellent hotel and staff would certainly recommend

The food was amazing and the staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and insistant on us trying the indian food classics which was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were great, pool area was beautiful and spa looked great, unfortunately we didnt have time to try it. We have been to a lot of good hotels in other countries and this was up there with the best. Best part of the hotel was definitely the staff and also a mention to the driver on the courtesy transport to the Golden Temple,...

Very good choice of stay at Chandigarh as long as you believe in vegetarian food including homely stay with budget friendly. Divine calmness inside with smiling faces of staff.

The property is a stunning hotel with a great mall next door with a range of food options. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel and room were extremely clean. Jasjit on reception and Manpreet and Anuriti in the housekeeping team were also extremely helpful and friendly. Without hesitation I will be staying here again

The hotel has clean modern rooms and the interior decor is also modern. The lobby is large with modern restroom facilities also located here. The housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. Door/valet staff are pleasant and polite. The location is central but quiet surroundings. Breakfast buffet variety was fairly good, including fresh pancakes, eggs being made to order, there could be more non-veg options. Pastries did not taste fresh. We also...
