Amazing Staff! The guy at the reception went above and beyond to create a remarkable experience for me during my stay. Location is amazing and the rooms are very clean modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect budget yet cute hotel

If you are looking for a nice hotel right by the beach with music, restaurant and a bar, this is your place!! The staff is amazing and very friendly.

Overall the stay was nice. The staff is helpful and very personable. The beachside bar was comfortable and the food was decent. The room was clean but the room I was in had some weird quirks. The door stop was in the middle of the floor and could be a good way to stub a toe. There was a window to the hallway. While private enough, the light was quite bright into the room. Nothing a sleep mask didn't solve. All this said, I would stay here again.

Nice little 3 star hotel right in front of the beach. Rooms seem to have gone some face lifting, which was nice. The staff was courteous and friendly. We had some hiccups with the airport transfer arranged by the hotel, but overll good service.

If it wasn’t for the staff at this hotel I would say it was a horrible experience, however they did accommodate the best they could. Check in took over an hour because what I booked was not what they really have but they did put me in a room that fit all 3 of us. It’s in a very sketchy neighborhood/alley. It is on the beach tho. Seaweed was insane but I know they can’t control that mess. The standard room does NOT come with a fold out sofa couch as stated on the website. The rooms are very old and outdated. The room was not very clean. Hair was in the shower, floors had sand on them, the fridge was dusty, the counters and mirrors were not clean. The air stopped working, the hot water wasn’t working, and we had to fix the toilet to fill with water every time we used it. They did immediately send people to repair it and it worked fine after they were done. The tiny beds were not very comfortable at all. The bar they have was great. The staff was great there. The food and drinks were so good. All the staff was super friendly. The lady gave me an awesome massage and braided my hair so pretty. Oh and they did have security all night so I didn’t feel unsafe. Also it’s next door to some really good food places. Thank u to all of the staff who helped make our experience a decent one

I went to Punta Cana for Thanksgiving and although I was a solo traveler everyone was like family to me. I was greeted by Danna with a big smile which is great when you first arrive somewhere and made me feel so comfortable. The staff- Anyi and I wish I I knew everyone's names were amazing. I felt so safe and they would help with anything you needed. Thank you and I hope one day I get to see all of you again!!!!

I had a great time in this hotel .it is a beachfront property.the room was clean and spacious.internet was fast .breakfast was nice..the staff were very nice and professional..my flight was at 9.00 pm and the Yorlin from the reception was very nice and very professional..he allowed me for a late check out which allowed me to get some rest since i am taking 3 flights to travel back home with a total of 26 hours .thank you Yorlin
