"Everything was perfect, this was the relaxing atmosphere we wanted. The 3 resturants on site had great food. The location is perfect if you want natural views. No crowded hotel strips or beaches. Felt like we were all alone on the island. Dont expect a loud crowded party."

"The hotel is beautiful and has what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort, but several issues made our stay disappointing. From the moment you arrive, the staff aggressively tries to sell VIP memberships and vacation packages. If you decline, they seem to forget about you for the rest of your stay.
Some employees are wonderful, especially Martha at La Palapa, whose warm and attentive service made our experience much better. Unfortunately, the food was mostly bland and poorly seasoned...
