"After staying in downtown Christchurch for three nights it was really nice to spend a night in Sumner by the sea. We loved being there in the off-season. No crowds. Beautiful scenery. Great Indian Restaurant. Would definitely do it again."

"Sadly this is one accomodation that we will not recommend. 2pm check in and the reception was home having lunch.
The apartment was run down. Cupboards falling apart in bathroom. The electric blanket only worked on half the bed…it was freezing.
Unable to tap and pay when Receptionist finally arrived and the fee was more than what we saw on Wotif.
No beach view. The accomodation was down a long driveway. "

"No tv remote and asked twice for one but to no avail. Two guests but only one towel etc in bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Great location, easy access to shopping, eateries"

"Very spacious 2 br apartment with beautiful lake views and golf course views , very peaceful and quiet location, easy check in and good communication with host. The apartment were brand new and sun drenched with views of the lake from every room.
Would definitely recommend staying here "
