"Place is a little dated. Bathroom faucet did not have hot water. Spider webs on the deck railings. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff friendly. Hot and cold breakfast options were basic and ample. If you are here to golf at Half Moon Bay course, this is a very convenient place to stay. That’s why we were here."

"This was a very cute bed and breakfast. The house was lovely and so were the rooms. There was a fireplace in the room, which was a nice touch.The staff was helpful and very sweet. Complementary cookies, wine, tea, and coffee. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was a note saying that the water was off for some reason and so they gave us a gift certificate to a nearby breakfast place that was wonderful. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to everyone."

"I had no idea that you had to wait until after 3pm to get a code to be able to get into the front door and your room since there was no person at all inside. I called the phone # on the outside board and that person found the code for me since I did not get any info from expedia until much later. There was not a refrigerator to use."

"Clean but older hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable which is all that mattered to us. The mini fridge don’t work and the microwave was hard to get to come on which was just a minor inconvenience since we brought dinner from home to heat up. Basic continental breakfast of waffles, coffee, fruit, bagels, yogurt. Easy location to get around from if you want to go visit the coast. "

"I stayed in their two-bedroom suite, which was both beautiful and spacious. We genuinely appreciated our stay. However, since the room is adjacent to the main building’s kitchen, we were unfortunately awakened early in the morning by the sounds resembling pots and pans. This was particularly disappointing, as I had hoped to escape the noise."

I travel for work, need cheap hotels. good for price. only con, floor was dirty. so make sure to keep something for your feet like house shoes or slippers unless you want whatever bacteria is on that hard floor all over your feet. "This is our second stay here in the last month and decided we won’t be back to this location. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Pancake machine gone. Bacon hard as a rock, biscuits burnt, gravy cold, cheese omelets cold. Tv in room didn’t work. Front desk attendant not very helpful. Over all disappointing stay for almost $200 a night."
