"It's a great hotel. Not the usual old style Horison, this one is actually brand new and excellent."

"The stay was good overall. Internet connection was bad sometimes. The hotel is old. The swimming pool is very small but can do laps. The cleanliness is OK. The staffs are very friendly. The breakfasts are great with lots of choices for traditional food. The location is far from restaurants or markets/shopping centers."

"Cockroaches galore! Insects and bugs welcome! Terrible experience. The hotel staff was lost at what to do with Expedia booking. The next day they informed me that they could not find my booking when I booked and paid in the same booking code for 3 days. After sending all the evidences the staff said the previous staff was on leave and no information was given for the booking I made with the hotel. Disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended. "

"Slechte hotel verouderd kamers slecht en oud niet onderhouden. Gevraagd om extra bed wat kreeg ik een matrasje waar ook nog voor moet betalen. Ontbijt was kou en niet veel keuze. "

Lokasi tidak dekat dengan pusta kota (keramaian/alun-alun) 3. Saat mau sarapan sempat tidak diperbolehkan, karena dianggap booking room only. (Ada miss di sistem reservasi hotel dengan penyedia aplikasi). Beruntung resepsionisnya memahami dan solutif, ahirnya bisa sarapan."
