"My first room I had to move from, it had a horrid order, dirty toilet and a shower curtain that looked like it had been used as TP. My new room was beautiful, however it had fly’s in the bathroom sink, assuming they were drain fly’s I didn’t say anything until I checked out. The staff was very apologetic and helpful. My daughter’s room was perfect. We would go back! Beautiful area and trivia night was fun."

"When I arrived the TV didn't work came on but would not connect to the server, I picked up the phone to call the desk...and it was not working. They had no one to come look till the next day. They offer to move me but I had unpacked already. The pool and jacuzzi were loaded with leaves and debris...it happens but the net to skim was completely broken...and the maintenance guys wouldn't be in till 3...no further assistance was offered even when I asked if they just had another one. Which it turns out they did...that day the jacuzzi was hot...the next day the jacuzzi was all clean, however it was not hot. The jets didn't work properly and they said nothing would be done till Monday! The pool/jacuzzi were part of why I picked this stay. We had 4 rooms and we were all disappointed. The desk folks were nice but not willing to go outside there minimal efforts to help. Except Kevin! He was awesome...ran to help. Fix the TV etc... Not sure if I will stay again."
