"Quiet, residential area overlooking "Dolphin Bay" - away from the busy downtown activities; however, still close enough to conveniently drive or, if you don't mind walking, it's a beautiful walk along the water. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The balcony provided a very serene view - even saw some dolphins! The owners live on the property, were friendly and available for questions/ recommendations. Bonus: there's a friendly resident dog if you need a puppy fix 😉 I don't recall if...

"Everything was spotless and very comfortable. A perfect landing spot to explore the St Augustine area by day, but not spend an arm and a leg by night. Wonderful patio to relax on. As noted in the listing, the property is close to train tracks, but we didn’t hear the train at night. "
