"There was a faint scent of smoke and a little sign saying no smoking and that they'll charge like $200 for cleaning service if you smoke in there, so I reported it but had to go to the front to do it because the phone didn't work... aside from that it was a great stay."

"The only thing I could say that was good about the hotel is the room the hot tub wasn’t even warm it was about the same temperature as the pool or worse I put the bubbles on and it just made it colder. I go into the elevator to go to my room and I was afraid that it was going to get stuck on us every time we went in it or would fall because how slow and load it was going up and down plus the other elevator is out of service which says something god only knows how long they’ve been checked and...

"My room was fairly clean but overall the halls and stairwells were run down and not clean. Lots of traffic noise outside of the room I was put in."
