"Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! "You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag."

"I booked this room based on deceiving pictures and reviews. Unfortunately non refundable. I checked in, got to my rickety, musty room that reminded me of a place that would give you bedbugs, and didn’t even sit down. I quickly booked the Marriott nearby and left. Had to eat the cost of $400, but my god this place was rough. I never, ever write bad reviews, but the reviews here are what led me to my booking so I’m compelled to at least warn others. "

"The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. "Most peaceful beach, gorgeous views, within walking distance to some of the most iconic restaurants, and a great grocery store with delicious poke! Feels like home, everyone (guests, staff, etc.) are all so friendly. We saw a monk seal, sea turtles, and whales! This is the best place to be in all of Maui. We met a couple who told us they’d been vacationing to the Mauian since they honeymooned 50 years ago!!! There’s a reason they keep coming back, and we will too! ❤️❤️❤️"
