"Very nice hotel at very good location"

"Wir waren für fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Stadtteil hat uns sehr gut gefallen vor allem das große Zimmer mit der Tower Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit vor allem bei Essenslieferungen ins Hotel, wo wir keine chinesische Handynummer hatten und was ich ein wenig schade finde ist dass man mit dem Kind nicht auf die ruf top Terrasse nach 18:00 Uhr gehen kann, um den schönen Ausblick zu genießen."

"Great place to stay. Plenty of eating options around and on site. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Check in was easy just gave over my passport and they cut the keys for me. Would stay again. "

"The first room we got had a strong smell like an on rug, then I complained and they changed to another room which was better."

"It's nice location and views. Historic and cultural. Walkable to north Bund. Most staff are very nice. This our third times stay in this hotel. But would be back again. First day checking the room has some smoking smell. 2nd day front desk gave us changed room. It's great. "
