"After reading a bad review, we were unsure whether to book but it was unwarranted because our stay was wonderful! The host was welcoming, helping us with a restaurant booking nearby. The room was the largest we have stayed in since travelling around France. It said online it had air conditioning but it had a fan which was sufficient as the large room was very cool."

"We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. "📍 Brit Hôtel Cahors Nord – Cahors Good value for the price 👍 We stayed here for a short stop, and overall it was okay for what we paid. The price is affordable, and it works well if you just need a place to rest during a road trip. The room was clean and comfortable enough, and the free car park was a big plus—very convenient when driving. The only downside is the location, as there’s not much around the hotel (no shops or restaurants nearby), so it’s better to plan ahead. Overall, a simple and practical stay for a night 🚗"
