"Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice."

"The inn is historic with a grand feel. The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice hot shower. Clean room. Food and service were great. "The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. They respond to texts right away and always very kind so shouldnt...

"Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night."
