"Der erste Blick war super aber wenn man genau hinsieht war es eher mittelmäßig . Die Handtücher waren leider nicht sauber und die Bettlacken hatten auch Flecken. Das Internet ist hier eine Katastrophe.. einfach gar kein Netz. Abends hatten wir 3-6 Kakerlaken zu Besuch . Der Fernseher lief auch nicht. Duschkopf kaputt, es kommt Wasser aus nur drei Strahlen raus. Sonst war das app. Wirklich groß der Balkon super einladend . Check in hat funktioniert . "

"Great resort for casino players. The hotel is splendid.The staff were very attentive and took excellent care of the guests. Extraordinary service! Breakfast and dinner on the half-board package were sensational and of remarkable quality. A true 5-star experience. The only negative point concerns the guests who, while certainly able to afford such a resort, unfortunately seem out of place in this setting."

The food was bland, lacking flavor, and overall not enjoyable. The selection was very limited with very little variety, which made every meal feel repetitive and uninspiring. In my opinion, the hotel definitely needs to make significant improvements in its kitchen and dining services. The quality of the food does not match what you would expect for this type of accommodation. Overall, my experience was below expectations and I left feeling dissatisfied with the value provided. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the taste and variety of the meals, as this is a very important part of the guest experience."
