"No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. At the time of check out when I complained about these issues to check out staff rather then believing me, they started to look into confirm that if I m lying about notes in the Expedia request. Instead of some kind of assurance that it was an honest mistake and they will look into that and will do something about that, staff handed over the POS terminal to pay the food charges. Gesture is …. So what if that Airport service is missed or despite my repeated requests nothing additional mattress was provided. At that time, I simply paid and walked out and with a commitment to myself, not to go back there again."

"The hotel is Amazing what makes it so special are the staff they are so kind and helpful and very professional. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home . The hotel itself is beautiful clean I can’t find any fault and this was my second time here and my whole family enjoyed their stay and the hotel is very close to so many tourist attractions the area itself is beautiful. "I recently stayed at Four Seasons by Sheraton Lahore and had a pleasant overall experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit. The breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, was well-prepared and enjoyable. Quality definitely made up for the smaller selection. The building itself is on the older side, but it is clearly well maintained, which reflects positively on the management’s upkeep standards. Security was also very reassuring throughout my stay. I felt safe at all times, which is especially important when traveling. I also appreciate that they provided a shuttle to pick me up and return me to the airport promptly. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Lahore, particularly if you value good service and a secure environment."
