"Booked El Khalil pyramids hotel, turned up, a man said sorry we dont have your booking, you will need to pay again. Interesting, as i had already paid. I check all the details and pictures, same hotel. The guy says we dont have online bookings or listings, you need to book direct only, this listing isnt his. So i call his bluff, phone the number listed under the booking details, his phone rang... rigjt there infront of me. We had some back and forth, but in the end he was just saying the price...

There is no heating. Secondly and most importantly: There is a lack of honesty in their dealings. The room price online is around 1350 Egyptian pounds, but I didn't book through the internet. When I arrived, they asked me to pay 2500 pounds, and when I objected, they reduced it to 2000 pounds. And...
