Good location close to nearby bars and restaurants, although it can be quite loud with music heard to the rooms. There is no sound proofing, you can hear all doors, foots steps, knocks as it’s just concrete building. Given it’s a boutique hotel, the rooms are tiny but with a huge balcony. Almost doesn’t seem well designed. My husband is 6ft tall...

Had good Wi-Fi and a nice bathroom and was a tiny bit on the small side compared to some of the other places we stayed. We took the most amazing photo from our bedroom. "Hotel has a very convenient location. It is walkable distance to all Saranda. Also hotel is new so all looks really good. I had to ask them to clean the room trice in a 4 day stay. It seems there is no schedule to do that, so they can be better on that, in summer can get really bad. Breakfast can be better, add scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. They have an opportunity here."

"Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....
