We had three of us attempting to stay here and they took us to FOUR different rooms. The first room the toilet seat was off of the toilet and there was hair in the sink. The carpets and curtains were destroyed and filthy. The room smelled like mold. The second and third rooms were equally disgusting and the locks on the doors were...

"Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called.
