"The hotel is very central, less than a minute from the beach, not too far from the train station and perfect for exploring Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We booked a comfort room with terrasse. The room is nice (not too large though) and the terrasse features a table and chairs. However there are many restaurants in that street and the tubes from the restaurant kitchens exhaust fans are just by the terrasse so expect the small of cooking. I would chose that room again though as the rooms facing the street...

"Beautiful hotel, perfect location, with kind, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely spa. Our city view room experienced quite a lot of noise from the road and early morning hotel deliveries. The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."

"Rooms was organized but very small. AC good. Night clerk helped by finding extra pillows. Wifi worked in lobby but not in room.plugs were loose so adaptors fell out."

"The owner of Hotel Les Goelands is a gem of a person. Although we had a bit of a problem checking-in, he more than made up for our inconvenience with his conscientious, affable and charming personality. Hotel Les Goelands is a lovingly operated family business that has been in existence for 90 years. "Excelente trato y ubicación"

"This is a large hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room overlooked the garden and partially the café rather than the sea, which meant we kept the curtains closed for privacy much of the time. The hotel feels a bit dated in some areas, but it is still well maintained and comfortable. The restaurant and bar have beautiful ocean views and are great places to relax. The indoor pool area is large and was one of the highlights of the property."

"Logement bien situé au coeur de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Appartement propre, calme et plutôt bien équipé. La décoration est un peu datée et le couchage sur canapé lit plutôt moyen (le lit s'affaisse). Pour le prix la prestation reste néanmoins tout à fait correcte et le personnel de l'hôtel à été accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
