Hotel Murah di Quail Valley

"Upon entering the room it smelled like a thrift store. They offered balcony by the lake but there wasn’t a lake in the view. breakfast was also included but all they had was a venti machine and some hostess snacks by the front desk."

"We were given a room in the second floor that has not been cleaned, used towels by the sink and an unmade bed with used bedding. With more staff to do the maintenance, this could have been averted. Love the Starbucks and bar available during hours it is staffed. No breakfast offered except bought from the fridge. I asked for 2 beds, one queen and another Twin, but none was given, just a sofa bed. Through it all, staff were responsive to address inadequacies. Will I stay here again?...

"I’m not a picky guest and have stayed at several Quality Inns and other comparable hotel chains. I know what to expect. This one fell short. I checked in after 8 and they close the lobby, so you have to ring the bell and check in through a window. The front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all. I felt like I was disturbing her by ringing the doorbell and have her show up to check me in. The bed was comfortable and the shower had enough pressure, but that was it. The bedding was a little...

"While our room was a great set up and had super comfy beds, we had ants in our room and I informed the desk twice about them and no one ever came up. Also, the shower is the lowest water pressure I think I’ve ever seen and it literally took 10 min of running the water for it to get warm enough to get in."
