"I will say that once upon a time this would have been a lovely property. It is just ok now. Our bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty handprint on the wall of the bathroom that was fairly gross. You get hit by a $50 resort fee, which I dont understand. They offer you two free rum punches and I suppose that makes it a resort. Westerly Beach is beautiful and the setting is great. I can't say any other of the hotels looked much better but this place couod use some TLC."

"You need to clean up your parking lot . It’s dirty and it stinks. That’s why I give a 4 star on condition of the property. Your staff need to be trained more with customer service. Some of them looks serious and don’t have welcoming personalities "

"Pounding/constuction ubove my room all day ever day. Coffee machine in lobby had bubbles coming out therefore soap not rinsed out. Pot smoke in hallway coming up the stairs from workers smoking right outside the sliding door came right up the stairs. Towels were washed with a pile of yard leaves as the towels had leafs in them and stained. Not a vey clean room. "
