"Very nice location, easy walk to town. Right next to the bus depot. Excellent rooms , plenty of space. Could do with some instructions for the coffee machine, and what to do with rubbish once the bin is full. Would happily stay again."

"Travelers need to understand that Nantucket is a serene, unplugged,and historic place. The Martin House is an excellent example of a historic house turned into a boutique B & B (breakfast is light continental). There is no elevator. You walk the stairs if you are staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was a short walk from the Martin House. The manager, David, was gracious and accommodating and his homemade granola was excellent. Pastry choices were...

"Room was very clean and staff was helpful from beginning to end. Stayed in room 304 which was a top floor room. Second day in there was a bunch of stink bugs falling from ceiling onto the bed . I know they are harmless. Just annoying little creatures "
