"staff maya was not good , not helpful --- I stayed 15th to 19th june i requested her 2 nights AC was not working in Masters bedroom she did not address proper way to management or superwiser they have alternate day cleaning service did not clean my room. or bathroom everyday i have to ask for new towels they ruined my experience with stone bridge & i spent lot of money sorry -- never go in future"

"Location is perfect for those wanting to walk around the downtown. Beautiful views, stunning scenery, amazing food and tasty drinks. Our room happened to be on the street and was very noisy at times. We could also hear the people in the front lobby very well, the ductwork was projecting into our room (we could hear a disagreement between staff and customers). However staff were friendly and attentive."

"There is some construction happening around the property when we visited. The overall experience was really good. I had called in for an early check in but did not get that. Evening Wine Social was really nice. This is a good location."

"Overall had a nice experience, the included breakfast is a nice plus, the front desk let us borrow bear spray (you pay if you need to use it), free parking and we borrowed towels for the hot springs. Down side was the room was ok, beds were old and dusty lamps. Overall still a great place to stay considering the prices are so expensive everywhere"

"Parking is terrible. Most nights they had charter buses, which took up many parking spaces and customers would not park properly, which would cause others to have to park elsewhere. Management would not enforce improper parking. Would never stay here again."

"I was greeted by a helpful front desk clerk who was able to arrange an early check-in, very grateful. The property itself was decent, some amenities like shower could have been improved. The staff all around were very friendly and the hot breakfast, was really good! Check out was also a breeze."

The beds and bedding was good. The room was a little dirty: stains on the carpet, basic shower with 'clunky' knobs, sparse and chipped/stained furniture, no door on the closet, little drawer space. "The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless"
