"Great Location and Comfortable Rooms, but Operations Could Be Tighter
Overall, I had a good stay at Orient Beach Hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5. The rooms are spacious, modern, well-appointed, and easy to navigate. I stayed in a ground-floor unit and really enjoyed the patio, oceanfront view, and breeze. The location is excellent. "Included in our stay was a complimentary breakfast for 2, which was amazing! Fresh croissants and pain au chocolates with yogurt, juice, and coffee. The view from the room was breathtaking as well.
The cleanliness in general was good, but there was obvious dust collecting in places like the mirrors. The ventilation also had visible dust in the air.

"My girlfriend and I stayed here this past week in the Mango Suite and it was everything we had ever wished for and more. Julie, of the hotel staff, was amazing and very kind and answered any questions we had. The room was beautiful and we really enjoyed the gorgeous staircase leading up to the suites. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Saint Martin. "The resort is in need of serious repair & renovation. The plumbing didn't with properly & we were instructed to put toilet tissue in the trash instead of the toilet, just disgusting. The shower/tube has drainage issues. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NEVER RETURNING, DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"The place was very clean and the view was beautiful the pictures definitely didn’t do the view any justice! You must see it in person Hosts were always available and quick to respond when I needed anything and check in/out was seamless. I would definitely recommend"
