"The staff was very accommodating. The first room they gave us had a very strong, unpleasant odor — truly awful. To their credit, they moved us and gave us an upgrade, which we appreciated.
However, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the airport shuttle, and it was already full when we arrived, so that did not work for us at all.
The beds were comfortable, but the room was not as clean as I would have liked. I understand this is an airport hotel, but cleanliness should still be a priority.
In the morning, we came down to the lobby at 6:00 AM and there were many guests waiting for the shuttle. There was no water, no coffee, nothing available. If this is an airport hotel, early morning service should be standard. The hotel should consider offering basic morning service and possibly a second shuttle to accommodate the number of guests.
One positive detail: the flight information screen in the lobby is very useful and a great feature for an airport hotel."
