"Perfect little gem of a hotel in upper town. Steps from the Plains of Abraham, the boardwalk, and the steps down to lower town. A beautifully maintained hotel, clean and quiet and close to everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and travelled to our event venues with ease. Our room had a kitchenette, which we didn’t need, but was a nice option if one wanted to have breakfast in the room. A lovely stay and hope to return some day."

"This is not a 5 star hotel. We have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world and this is not comparable, so if you choose this hotel, lower your expectations for a 3.5 star hotel. The rooms are tiny, the beds are not true queens/doubles, and the bathrooms are even smaller—take one step in and one step out. The AC is extremely loud, I don’t know how people sleep with it on. Fresh towels come worn out and one even had holes.. I mean, what is going on? We ordered in room dining for one night, also...

"Great Location for walking to many good restaurants and Quartier Petite Champlain. We'd stay here again. They offered a breakfast which we turned down because of the many choices down the street, but they do give you a nice comp basket of snacks and stuff in the room, and there is a grocery store nearby if you like milk and cookies at bedtime."

"The property and hotel was beautiful and cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen.
However I find that Expedia did not state on the website that it was an actual monestery and that there were no tv in rooms and that you had to be pretty much mute meaning you could not speak and had to remain quite. This is a spiritual retreat and should be mentioned on the website"
