Room was clean and modern, fully equipped kitchen. Walking to restaurants usualy meant up a very steep hill, but it wasn't far and you were close to grocery, liquor store and tons of restaurants, pubs, live music, historical buildings.

The room was great! Spotless, spacious, recently renovated, and had everything you could need (fridge, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, towels, TV, table). There is also an underground parking attached to where the loft is that is $5 per 12 hours on the weekend. The only drawback was that the attached train station has a significant number of individuals experiencing homelessness near the entrance to the lofts. It didn’t pose any direct issues, but it did make the area feel a bit less comfortable when entering or exiting. There is an outdoor entrance you can use instead, though both doors lock automatically, which felt a little unsettling at first since the unit itself doesn’t have an additional lock or deadbolt.

L'appartement est grand et tout équipé. Mais il est également froid et un peu vide, peu chaleureux, sans un secteur un peu en retrait. Il manque aussi de lumière naturelle. Bien situé pour deux qui voyagent en train ou en autobus.

The sheet had a huge stain on it which is a huge sanitary concern. The water takes a while to get hot. Location is convenient.

2回目の宿泊ですが、今回は早朝出発の列車に乗らなければいけなかったので、利用しました。 駅舎の中にあるアパートなので、やっぱり移動に便利。客室は、本当に綺麗で、シャワー・台所・洗濯機・大きめのソファーがあります。 唯一の欠点は、旧市街まで距離があるところです。

No one to ask for help

The location is superb being located within the train station building, it was very convenient. Rooms are dark, especially the bathroom (for make up. Etc). Television acted up and couldn't get to work until second day. The couch is the most uncomfortable to sit on and cushions slide around. It does make a sofa bed which we didn't need, but I wonder how comfortable it would be to sleep on. It was nice there was dish soap, dishwasher soap, and all dishes, even cooking utensils. Nice refrigerator and microwave. However, with the washing machine and dryer right there, it would have been nice to have some laundry soap or a pod for at least one load. We did look at a couple of convenience stores but couldn't locate laundry detergent--bring your own. The little cafe around the corner, and also within this building serves a good breakfast. For my first visit to Quebec, I would have been better off in a hotel (where I moved to), but this would be great for families or large group who are more self sufficient and familiar with area.

Amazing location and value

Wow! What a great place to stay, especially for VIA Rail travelers like us. The suite was huge and almost seemed like it was intended to be an actual apartment. The full-size washer and dryer were an excellent plus for us since we had been on vacation for over a week. The housekeeper was hanging out in the room when we got there, which was a little weird. We arrived at 3:53, so maybe that’s on us. Anyway, highly recommend! Les Lofts has properties all over town, and I have to think that they are all wonderful.

No reception. Received my access code to unlock the door prior to my arrival. Within the Gare du Palais train station. Really practical for business purposes.

its in a train station and the door to the hotel area is unlocked and just a sheet hangs in front of the door as a safety but anyone can just waltz in. the area is a train station so there is alot of mentally unstable folk around.

Really great spot to tour QC

Fantastic stay. Read all the reviews but still took a little getting used to; all in all it was really an amazing spot. First, hotel is in train station which for the most part during the weekend was not busy at all. Hotel is located through front door of train station and will be on the left. Area is quiet but safe. Second, hotel was immaculate and fit our fam of five perfectly. Two bedrooms each with a queen and a third bedroom with a large built in bunk bed. Lots of room. Third, it is all keyless with no interaction with any staff. There were plenty of towels and soap so no need to interact and code to door was sent via email the day of. All email communications are in french which was easily translated by google. Fourth, one of the best parts was the parking garage which is just to the left of the front door, underground and affordable. We left the car in there for the entire 4 days and there was no problem. Fifth, from this location we were able to walk everywhere- with the citadel being the farthest and maybe a 20min walk. Lastly, the only minor knock on this place was that I couldn’t bolt the door from the inside. The front door closes and locks but anybody who knows the passcode could come in in the middle of the night. Seems unlikely but for this New Yorker who trusts nobody it made me a little bit nervous.

This is the most unique place we’ve stayed in …it is right in the Quebec City train station. It a very new apartment with patio doors out to a patio. It is right in the middle of the old city. Very quiet and had everything you need for a stay
