"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little antiquated but fine. If it were modern, it’ll be excellent. Front desk: super helpful and nice. House keeping: everyone was good except for the one day. One cleaning attended didn’t do a good job and tried to make it seem us as a problem. We left the room and when we come back the the beds were kind of made and the room has a smell that wasn’t there before. Like they used a steam vacuum with old water. On top of that left now towels for the room. We brought to the attention of the cleaning attendant and we very rude. Should’ve reported to someone but didn’t. Parking: didn’t like the fact we had to pay for parking meanwhile casino goers it is free. Dennys Restaurant onsite is nice for a quick fix/bite. Their staff super sweet and respectful. They should have renovation for guest’s that stay in the far building. At least have an entrance there from the parking lot. Pool area is nice and clean. Overall a please stay. I would use them again."

"The rooms where clean, the environment was safe and comfortable, despite there was still areas in construction, the living areas were very well maintain. Very easy and safe the way to access the rooms and the main house by passcode, the laundry and kitchen area have all the amenities. They view of the ocean on the morning and sunset has not price. Near to almost every interest point on the Aguadilla zone. My only complaint is the shower glass panel design which allows water to go outside the shower area to the bedrooms but I think that it is very manageable. If the owner can fix this small detail I think is one of the best place to stay on the west zone of Puerto Rico."

"Everyone there was unbelievable. I wish I could spend a month there. Antonio at the reception is an unbelievable person . The lady that takes care of the rooms I forget her name right now but will remember shortly. Great person. And the grounds keeper and the maintenance gentleman Everyone was amazing!!! Great spot "
