I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. Great value, friendly servers for breakfast and very efficent cleaning staff. Most important to me was that it was what it appears to be on the listing.
