"Room was very dusty and stunk like garbage. The staff were not helpful at all, didn't offer the stated flat rate for parking $46 parking as stated when we booked this accommodation, so it ended up costing us $140 dollars for overnight parking. (I have this in an email from the booking). The staff couldn't be bothered to offer any assistance with questions relating to the area, assistance with luggage or transport options. Parking was HORRENDOUS underground parking all of the lifts were closed making it difficult to carry luggage up flights of stairs no prior contact letting guests know that the lifts would not be functioning so alternative drop off could be made for people in wheelchairs or who have a disability. I will never stay here again!"
