"The staff here are great and we booked it so that we had access to a kitchen, which was great (bbqs are also a plus). We knew that we would be sharing a bathroom, however, the building we were in had 1 toilet DOWNSTAIRS for 8 people. We have learned our lesson and won’t be booking a shared bathroom accommodation in the future. Even if it had been on the same floor as our room that would have been better, but we are older and walking downstairs at our age isn’t the best. There were also other guests who got up at 4am on our last morning and made a lot of noise, obviously not the hostel’s fault, but the walls are thin and the stairs are old and noisy. "

"Valet parking is a must as parking anywhere in town is a crap shoot. Breakfast was decent and the location is excellent.
We had a Mountain View with partial lake views. We didn’t feel like we were missing out as we didn’t spend much time in our room."

"Did not clean our room unless we asked we were there for five days. They don’t know how to read the door plaque, which said clean room, please too fast. The manager had to clean our room one night, which is a matter of fresh towels and face claws. also, when requiring a room, please do it in the current currency of the country. We are not all US citizens."

"Can’t fault this Beautiful Hotel. Very clean, up market decor, friendly knowledgeable staff, easy parking. Nice location out near the airport with a great shopping centre near by. A fantastic Thai restaurant next to the laundromat. Nice breaky. Lovely comfortable lounge area to relax with a drink. 10/10"
