Honest but Fair Review Overall, our stay at NV Homes was okay, and the property itself has potential. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. We found hair on the beds, and the linens and pillow covers had a noticeable smell that made it seem like they had not been washed or changed before the property was rented to us, so we chose not to use them. The toilets also could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I would also recommend checking under the beds it was quite dirty and clearly needed a proper clean. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness was below what we expected. With more attention to detail, especially fresh linens and thorough cleaning before each guest arrives, the experience could be much better. Hopefully, this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Location is good. However, despite being new, the property is only in average condition. It has some odd quirks, including a heat pump only in the main living area and no locks on the bathroom doors. It has a washing machine but no dryer.

Overall, our stay was average. The check-in process was smooth, and the Wi-Fi worked well. However, the cleanliness of the property needs significant improvement. The dishwasher and toaster were both very dirty when we arrived. We had to clean the dishwasher ourselves before using it, and although we requested a replacement toaster, it was only replaced after two follow-ups. These issues should have been addressed before guests checked in. The kitchen was also stocked with very limited cutlery, making it inconvenient for our stay. In addition, the towels provided were old and in poor condition and should be replaced. Garage was there in property but was locked and unusable for the guests. With better attention to cleanliness, kitchen supplies, and the condition of the amenities, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

Great views all around property, rooms and bathrooms just need a bit of an update and deep clean. Appreciated the fact that we were able to check out at 11am. Can get groceries from local pak n save or woolworths and cook meals and wash clothes etc as well. Parking available onsite as well.

The house was like what was shown in the photos. Requests and any issues were quickly respond. Would definetly recommend to my friends if they are going to New Zealand, groceries and other things were like a 20 min drive away and near Queenstown airport too.

Good for short stay

The room is clean. Good to stay in a short time. But sound-proofing is poor, we can hear the door open , close , open ,close and the kinds yelling .

It’s located in a residential area within a short drive to city and airport. The bath tub was not working at all. The heater in the living room and bedrooms are not avail except an extra blanket. There’s no dressing table and the rest hv to depend on the only bathroom to dress and to bath. 6 pax sharing a single toilet and bathroom is far too inconvenient. We hv to share the garage with another check in at the adjoining room; feel like we are not alone in the house. There’s a washing machine but no dryer. A little overpriced for this average residential place.

Well worth a stay.

The room and facilities were very good, clean, comfortable and ideally situated for Queenstown. There were loads of eating places within a short drive. I would recommend this home.

Lovely new house with most mod cons, but not sure if this should be sold on a hotel site as this it's a house in suburbia amd not part of a complex. Also, prospective guests should be told there are other guest in the house (that access their room through a back entrance), that connect though a standard locked door in the hallway which is in no way sound proof.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived but could have had house number in the description. Not suitable for cooking as only a microwave installed and the washing of cups,plates was in the sink in the bathroom.

Property is neat n tidy, close to the other amenities. The bed was uncomfortable in bed room close to the wntey way, need a better mattress..Also the property was advertised as having two bathrooms. Was disappointed to have just one toilet n bathroom.

Property was split into 2 units with a loed connecting door. Studio room at rear had no courtyard and no soundproofing between units which was very disappointing. Roomwas beautifully furnished, new and clean- shower was excellent, Would be lovely if you rented both units for a group. I was with a child and we ccould clearly hear other occupants in next room, They were not noisy at all but just no sound barrier.Did not sleep well both nights which was dissapointing. Also found hard to find home as is on a corner and no street number given so had to use picture on website and ask some lovely neighbours. Beause of noise- it was dissapointing for money asked, If you had either unit by yourself it would be lovely.
