The property has a central location and modern-looking suites with an updated kitchen, but beyond that, the value does not match the price. The views are average, and there are nearby properties with better views and lower rates.
Service execution further reduces value. Check-in and check-out are enforced very rigidly, with staff or the reception name Holly, explicitly stating that even one minute past checkout would result in extra charges, creating a transactional rather than hospitable experience.
We had two separate bookings due to last-minute travel changes. While staff initially indicated they would try to keep us in the same room (and we were flexible, even willing to downgrade), communication later changed and no accommodation was possible. They told that we could keep the first room for slightly after the checkout time until next gets ready but later denied.
Despite the modern kitchen, equipment quality was poor: a badly scratched non-stick pan, a corusted toaster, and a non-functioning coffee machine. coffee machine issues were not resolved before checkout and we were advised to drink instant coffee
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain to both of us, and a short checkout extension for 20-30 mins to rest the back was denied, despite housekeeping mentioning not needing the room immediately.
Overall, the property looks modern but pricing, service flexibility, and in-room quality do not align, making it poor value compared to alternatives nearby.
