Really happy with our stay. Great location, could easily walk to attractions etc in Queenstown. Appt was very warm for colder time we stayed. Comfy beds and thoughtful things like dvds and board games for if you had kids. Only missed a laundry in the apartment.

Place was very nice. Would recommend putting nonslip strips on the floor in shower is it was extremely slippery even before using the soap. Also an exhaust fan. Lovely place though

The best communication with our host Ray. Fast response to all our questions. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Comfortable pillows & beds. Shower water pressure & hot water was perfect after long days of hiking. Would happily stay here again.

This is an ideal location about 5 minutes walk to town. Ivan was very clear and helpful in his communication about how to gain access and how to leave the property on departure. It was perfect for us and our 2 young sons. Nice outdoor courtyard and seating area with communal bbq.

The unit was as described. It was clean albeit a bit dated. It had all basic supplies eg tea bags, milk, dishwasher tablets etc. The view was better than expected- you can’t see the lake but you can see the tops of some mountains. Nowhere in the description does it highlight exactly how not private the unit is. It’s right next to the main walkway between the two buildings and everyone who goes from one building to the other walks past large windows that looks straight into the lounge room. Neither bedroom have a windows to the outside so without lights that can feel quite cave like The television has apps on it for different streaming surfaces but despite being current member of number of streaming services we couldn’t get any one of them to work and NZ free to air telly is limited. Great there was a carport spot but it was very difficult spot to get in and out of especially if the carpark was full.

A bit tired..lots of rules to abide by “or you’ll incur a fee”..only communication was via email..no personal help regarding luggage storage prior to or after check in and out apart from contact a 3rd party and pay a fee.
