"Great location, in amongst everything and walking distance to bus, supermarket, centre of town and all attractions. My queen room with a balcony was great. Compact but a good use of space. Loved watching the fog roll in from my bed. Bed was comfy, as were pillows. Bathroom spacious and balcony was great. There was an issue with the TV not having any reception, but they said it was due to a recent storm, and being fixed next week. Thankfully could stream from apps but connectivity was a little tricky and time consuming. There was a very noisy heating system (?) that kept me awake for a lot of the second night. I reported to reception on checkout. Definitely needs addressing, as it was really noisy and kept cutting in and out throughout the night. I would definitely stay again. I probably just would opt for a different room location."

"This was a great hotel within walking distance to shops and cafes, as well as near the river for a picturesque walk looking up to the mountains. This hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the township of Queenstown; however, it is very close to the airport. Handy for access to joy flights or if leaving early or coming in late. If you want to be close to the action of Queenstown, it’s a bit far out, but if you’ve got a car and can get around then it’s a much cheaper option."

"Great location and room was still new enough to be in a lovely condition. Easy check in and check out, with a convenient restaurant and bar on site. The let down comes from house-keeping. The vanity in the bathroom had a blue ring (soap or similar) when we arrived and even when we asked for the bathroom to be restocked (toilet paper! An essential) as well as cleaned, they didn't do it. We had to go downstairs to FOH who gave us two rolls. This was on the second day of asking. FOH staff also didn't explain house-keeping hours, so we had to vacate our room to make sure it was cleaned. We stayed four nights and it was obvious the room wasn't vacuumed at all during that time either. We would stay again, but would work with FOH staff to ensure these things didn't reoccur."
