Great place to stay with direct access to beach. Staff was very friendly and there is a restaurant on property offering breakfast and lunch. Great location, very short walk to other restaurants and Manuel Antonio. Had a great stay!

Very disappointing

The room was dark and unappealing the hotel has seen much better days It is on the beach and close to the national park but I wouldn’t stay here again The aircon worked well though and it was quiet

Affordable beach front getaway

Perfect location, nice pool, spacious studio room. Slightly dated, but for the price and location, it’s perfect!

The place seems to be under renovations, I had a really weird smell in my bathroom. Restaurant is closed. The staff was very friendly and the beach is only one minute walk away from the rooms. Bonus, many monkeys , iguanas and other wild animals chill around and on hotel site.

Pros: You can walk to the beach, its right on the backside of the hotel. Place is beautiful and quiet. Swimming pool was good. They have a small kitchen. The staff let us do early checkin, they were kind. Room looks good. Cons: Bathroom needs repair, the water flow was pretty bad. Using washroom was a nightmare. Shower had no water flow. There were no hooks in the washroom to hand towels and clothes. Towels did not feel that clean or sanitised. Sink tap was also not working properly. Toilet seat also felt unhygienic.

Tired but location, location

Location, location is what this hotel is all about - our Basic Villa (hotel room !) was overlooking and metres from the main beach. Good breakfast service (not Wednesdays). But the whole hotel needs redecoration and fitment updating - then they could double the price !

Great beach hotel

We really enjoyed this hotel. You are on the beach. From the balcony we could see monkeys. We could walk to the park and to the little town. The room had a kitchenette which allowed us to cook simple food. The room was not big, but it had space enough for us, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony and beach.

Location is superb. Right on the beach, and close to Manuel Antonio National Park. Front desk staff helpful when asked. Decent value for money. Beach access and swimming pool very convenient. Room was decent with good facilities. No TV in the room, but this was not required, or missed. There are other attractions.
