Drug house!
This os a hotel for drug users. Not a family friendly atmosphere!! Windows are boarded up. The lobby floor is dangerous because the tile is damaged.

Place was a joke . Customer service was ridiculous was on phone fir over hr with complaints still no result. I will not book thru you guys at all evrr again. The supervisor named eve dif nothing i asked wanted me to dfi her job basically fir her . Your app is s joke false advertisement and no customer service

I wouldn't let my dog stay in that dump. we are amazed that you are associated with them . we went to our room ,then went to other hotels and found a room. we didn't stay at eagles nest but we couldn't get our money back. we will never use you again. welost $124.27 thanks to you.. that place is a fire hazard

outside looked nice.No clock in room for time.The shower was slippery .Water went all over floor while taking shower I had to clean that up so floor wouldn't be slippery.Did not like the breakfast I have stayed other places and so much better.

Find another hotel
The hotel is in such bad condition it looks abandon. There are what look like junkies standing around the front of the place. It looked so dangerous I didn’t bother checking in and got a room at another hotel.

This place needs condemned. Third floor blocked off due to what they say is renovation. However, no contractors in site and no building construction permit posted. Walked out after checking and and requested refund. Do NOT recommend anyone stating there and should be removed from website as a possible selection.

Ice Machine did not work. We had roaches in our room. No fan in bathroom. Room smelled like smoke and our white towels were dirty. Manager would not exchange our room when we complained of smelly room and noisy neighbors. Very misleading picture on website. Half of hotel closed.

Awful hotel
We didn't stay longer than 30 minutes due to how unkept, dirty, and disgusting this hotel was. It was is disrepair. There was dust and cobwebs. The parking lot had a lot of pot holes. It didn't look like it had been mowed. It made us feel like this hotel was a drug den.

They had no room keys so you had to be let in every time. They let people in rooms without checking IDs. People who didn’t work there let me in my room. Our room lost power. People live in the hotel who sit out side by the doors all night and drink and do drugs. The inside of the hotel smells so bad. Very bad experience. The manager did nothing about any problem.

My booked room had not been cleaned so I was put in another room. That room had bugs and dirty linens in it. 3rd room was ok. Motel staff allowed a vicious dog in the motel.

disappointing
No one was at the front desk when I arrived. After a couple of minutes, someone came in from outside and waited on me. There weren't any room keys until some guy gave up his key then they coded it for me. Security issue? The hotel was under some construction. Not the greatest room, though not the absolute worst I've ever had. The room temperature was either hot or cold. There was an old tv.

"Mice in the walls"
Staff were very responsive when other guests being noisy but there were mice in the walls, the continental breakfast was pretty horrible, and the whole building is in disrepair.

After I checked into the hotel, the room was tired looking. The carpet was stained, ragged, and worn hard. The mattress on one of the queen beds felt like no padding between the fabric and the springs. No alarm clock.

Just ahead of the demolition crew?
The place was half destroyed -- AC units out of the walls, door locks punched out. Filthy carpets. Rank musty odors. Had it not been the night before the eclipse and no room in any other inn we would have fled.

This hotel should not be on your site. Rundown, dirty rooms, no maid service, and door locks were very insecure. Feared for my safety the entire night!

Not very well kept hotel, had problems from check-in on. Returned to the hotel my next to last day there mid-afternoon and maid had my door held open with towels laying on the floor in front of it while she was several rooms down. No coffee left for in-room brewer that day OR the next, tracked her down and got some the second day.Remote didn't work for TV, called the front desk and no one came about it, stopped on y way out a couple of hours later and told the manager and had a different smaller tube TV in place with remote that worked when I returned that evening, will likely look for a different option next time in Quincy.

This place is DEPLORABLE!!!!
This place is unsafe-a danger to health and life. They failed to keep all of our rooms. Tabby was rude and a liar. They blamed everything on Expedia (said Expedia does this all the time). The hotel was full of cigarette and cannibas smoke. It was completely dirty and deplorable. Unidentifiable fluid stains on walls, fire doors propped, restrooms disgusting, equipment including tv in room not functioning. Cars drive in with fresh gun shots in cars, drug deals appeared to be occurring in hotel and parking lot. Picnic area was overgrown with weeds. Bags of trash in parking lot. All doors into hotel propped open. Speeding cars pulling into parking lot jump out run upstairs and run back to car. Homeless people lived here. There were ends of screw and nails sticking out of wall in hallway. It was not fit for an animal let alone a human. I have several other pictures to share

Never again!
I checked into the room and within minutes, my allergies went crazy. I couldn't breathe. My daughter couldn't breathe. I made the decision that we could not stay there. I think we spent maybe an hour in the room. I did not get a refund and still had to pay for a room at a different hotel.

Do not stay here. Sleazy neighborhood. Rooms had wet towels from previous guests on bathroom floor. Refused to stay. Manager and Hotels.com refuse to refund money

Cockroaches and cold cereal
Got there and the room was so cold then the heater wouldn't work. Everything was run down. No curtain on window. Paint peeling, and then there was the cockroaches crawling on the wall above the bed! And the spider in the bathroom. We had to put a towel under the door to keep the draft from coming in. When we went down for the deluxe breakfast bit it was cold cereal and bread! That was it!

Inexpensive hotel close to Oakley Lindsay center.
The hotel is huge and right on the Mississippi River and next to the Oakley Lindsay convention center. The price was low so I bit. I've found several nicely renovated, low priced hotels. The room was clean and the front desk girl was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel in general had an abandoned feel.... the outside looked fine but the common areas inside looked abandoned and dirty.

I did not stay overnight. I was in town for a trade show and checked out not long after being in the room. The bed sheets had stains on them and I could smell pot being smoked in a room in the hallway.

stort rom og bra pris. frokosten var ikke noe å skyte av og det var svært lite utvalg. hotellet var ellers bra med gode fasiliteter som biljardbord etc.

Overall a bad experience
We stayed here two nights. We found trash in the dressers drawers. The hotel was supposed to have been just remodeled. Let me say they definitely didn't invest much. They simply splashed on some paint over the old wall paper. Cont. breakfast was poor. Only had gravy and biscuits and it looked awful. Didn't try it. They had no bagels, doughnuts, cold or hot cereal, yogurt, muffins, or fruit. We have stayed here in the past and all of this was offered before. Oh and to top it all off, they had no sugar for coffee. None in the room nor the designated breakfast area. Had to travel out just to get my morning coffee. Overall a bad experience and I will l not return.

Convenient and Clean
Was hardly at hotel, there just to sleep. Had activities on the Missouri side of the border. Hotel is a great place to sleep. Breakfast not worth eating.

The property is about as clean as it can be while needing a major renovation. Very old, worn and outdated. Worn stained carpet and fixtures.. The staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra step to make us feel welcomed and make sure we had what we needed..

Hotel to be avoided at this point.
Front desk staff was courteous. However we were assigned a room on 2nd fl which had no elevator service when other rooms were available. Renovation obviously going on. Thankfully we had no problem but security is basically non-existant. All outer doors were continually unlocked and some left wide open. Would not stay there again.

The beds and room cleanliness make up your money
Upon arriving I was like omg never mind I'm checking out. Then I when ahead and stayed one night and it wasn't bad at all. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable area was quiet restrooms were clean, towels where white and seem very clean. However never take the stairs to the rooms only the elevator because the stairway is a bit ruin down and misrepresents the rooms and your impression of the hotel. Breakfast shouldn't be the main source because it's very small and simple. In my opinion it did not meet my expectations and should only be a second resource. If money is low and the stay is for long this place is perfect because I got a great deal for 7 days. I was able to feel safe, sleep great, and not spend all my money on a place to stay and sleep.

Worst hotel evet
This clearly is a hotel that needs to be torn down and replaced with a parking lot. There was no air conditioning in the gruesome lobby and the cigarette smoke and smell from the "ladies" smoking out front was gross. The front desk lady was friendly but couldn't locate a pen.The room was grungy and the decor the most horrendous Duck Dynasty stuff you've ever seen! Those Duck Dynasty nasty men's photos were on the wall framed, and everything was camouflage contact paper, complete with duck bordered walls, duck blind around the desk, camouflage bed spreads, camouflage chair cover, and camouflage shower curtain. The room had a musky smell to it, perhaps it was intended to go with the decor! The carpeting was red and very worn. On the only positive notes I can give: the room was clean, the sheets and towels were clean, and there were no nugs. There are permanent residents of this hotel but that's not my concern. I can only say that this place was nearly worth the $49 rate I received-- with whatever discount code I used to prepay! I wouldn't stay here again and I don't recommend you book here. Stick with the many name brand hotels all in plain view of this dump. The best upgrade this hotel could have is a complete tear-down with full rebuild or a parking lot. This old joint has seen its last good day.

Overnight stay for a meeting
We were there to support a person we sponsored for a Cursillo weekend. We weren't in the hotel except to sleep for a few hours Saturday night. The Cursillo was wonderful.
