"Pleasantly Surprised! Clean, Comfortable, and Better Than Expected I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sleep Inn in Hannibal. I wasn’t expecting much from this category of hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, nicely maintained, and inviting. Our room had two double beds that were fairly firm, as most hotel beds seem to be. I prefer a softer mattress, but they were more comfortable than expected, and I slept well. The pillows were comfortable, and the towels were average but adequate. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room nice and cool. Shower pressure was excellent, although around 6 a.m. the water was only warm rather than hot, possibly due to other guests showering. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice variety of hot and cold options. I especially appreciated the real plates and silverware instead of disposables. Another plus was the abundance of electrical outlets, something several other hotels on our trip lacked. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. The cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and thoughtful conveniences exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again!"

"It would have been nice to have a vending machine with soda and candy. Also, the breakfast was good, but minimal. The woman that checked us in Saturday afternoon was very kind and helpful. I wish I had remembered her name, but we checked in on Saturday, October 17 around 430 pm. The entire hotel, lobby and room, were very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay."
