Room was clean enough. I had major issues with the noise. I was on the first floor...it sounded like there was a rodeo going on upstairs, complete with horses, bucking broncos and some clown with a vacuum cleaner....at 8PM! I'm surprised they weren't yelling yeehah and announcing an 8-second bull ride. They didn't have my reservation...they apparently sold out to econo lodge within the week I was booked. Characters hanging outside the doors smoking seemed kinda shady so I didn't feel real safe there.
They did have plenty of lamps in the room!

Ground floor windows didn’t feel like there was a secure locking mechanism. I was a little uncomfortable with that. It was relatively clean. Absolutely no frills, but for the price, you probably shouldnt expect anything extra.

A small but comfortable and safe room. All the basics provided, but not much in the way of amenities. However that was reflected in the affordable price. If you just want a basic clean room in good condition this is the place. Friendly staff also.

This inn is in prime location to nearby shops, dining and to my work. It is safe and the staff are super friendly. Only thing is that they don’t offer breakfast and the washer is broken. There are nearby laundromat and dining at walking distance. So it still worked out. Coffee was delicious.

It was fine

Hotel was just okay. Didn’t have the best smell. Bed was ok. Location was nice, next to Hyvee. We just needed a place to lay our heads for one night before catching an early train the next day so we didn’t expect much. Price was good.

Not sure where some of the less than stellar reviews are coming from. I stayed in room 112 in early June 2025 and found the room modern and exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was on par with hotels costing 2x what I paid. Front desk clerk was nice. I would rate my experience a 10/10.

Our stay was okay. Rooms seemed clean. Staff SUPER friendly and helpful. Had we known this was a place where people also LIVE—-maybe would have stayed elsewhere. No smoking signs on all rooms but hallways and rooms sure smelled of smoke. Lots of late-night loudness (from rooms we assumed were from live-ins by signs and notes on doors. This is a great location - just unfortunate the way it is run.
