"Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. "Every thing was as it should be"

"When we got to the room and opened the door the room smelled of mold and stale smoke. My daughter is an asthmatic and there was no way we could stay there. Another room wasn’t even offered"

"This was my first time staying here and it was great. It’s close to downtown New Haven which means most things are in walking distance. The hotel is extremely nice, very well decorated, and clean. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help accommodate me. The rooms were spacious and the TV came equipped with both apps and casting abilities which was a plus for me cause I didn’t have to sign in to my accounts which I hate doing. This is definitely...

"There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets. The desk help was apologetic, but never offered to come and see what we were talking about and never offered to reimburse us!"
