"Basic community are good"

"The rooms aren't horrible. It's just a little worn down. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep and it was perfect for that,we didnt spend much time in the room. Breakfast was average. Parking was decent."

"We setup a reservation around 8am. We called around 10am to see if early check in was possible. I was told by a barely understandable person that 1pm would be early check in. We waited until 1pm. When we arrived, we were told that there is a $20 early check in fee. Also, there is a $20 key holding fee, this will come in later. She "waved" the fee, but the room she gave us wasnt even what we paid for. We paid for a two double beds and a kitchenette. What we got was 2 double beds, and a mini...

"We had a short overnight stay but were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and hotel room. Aesthetics are modern and appealing. Monique at the front desk upon check in was kind enough to take the time to rework our existing reservation to have rooms directly next door to family. Breakfast offered a good variety. Buffet and eating area was clean and well kept. We will 100% stay again."

"Loved my stay here! The room was super clean and the breakfast had plenty of good options. The staff were fantastic and so helpful the whole time. I also really enjoyed the pool area—it’s such a chill spot, and there are plenty of other comfy areas in the hotel to just hang out and relax."

"Bed uncomfortable very dirty and baby roaches"

"Their rooms have mold in them before the owner refuses to fix the roof. When we first arrived no one at front desk had to search for someone to check us in and the maintenance man tried to check us in. Changed rooms 3 different times( 1 a/c didn’t work 2n couldn’t get it open 3rd one king bed and pull out couch) . Still didn’t get the room we paid for. Thank goodness we took extra blankets and pillows because there were not for the pullout sofa. Will not be recommending Baymont to anyone."

"The room was dirty and in disrepair, cigarette burns on the bedding, actual dirt or mold on the soap containers. We had to leave almost immediately. Camping in a tent would have been cleaner."
