"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had.
The indoor pool slide didn’t work, and the outdoor pool was freezing with no heater. The room was dirty, the bathtub was stained yellow, the closet had no rod or shelves, and there were spider webs everywhere. The balcony was filthy—we couldn’t even enjoy the beautiful view.
There was no room service, staff rarely answered the phone, and we often had to hunt someone down for help. There wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in...

"Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Everything you need in a hotel room was there for a quick stay. Breakfast can be improved: flat omelette didn't taste like real eggs and the flat sausage was all salt. Well located close to groceries and restaurants."

"Very costly compared to other high end places we have stayed that included all amenities … this place offers nothing!
Tiny bathroom with no place to set anything, dangerous getting out of a slippery tub with nothing to hang on to, Rickey outside stairs ( for someone with mobility issues), no breakfast.
The only reason it’s overpriced is because there is nothing else in a 30 km radius.
Bedding and towels were clean, so that was a plus.
One coffee packet and no creamer or sugar!

"We had a pleasant one-night stay at this property. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with a lovely small park and a small beach right in front, which is perfect for families with young children. We also appreciated having a TV in the room so we could watch a FIFA match during our stay.
The room was a little small for two adults and two children, but it was manageable for one night. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a calm location."
