The bathroom window showed a little wear and tear, but it wasn't a big deal. While the motel might not be as fancy as other places, it makes up for it in location and charm of the staff."

But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. "I would NOT recommend this hotel. I was charged and never allowed to stay, and they refused to refund my money. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Be careful booking here—they will take your money and not take responsibility. Terrible experience. I booked through Expedia, arrived, and was denied a stay, yet they still kept my money. No proper explanation and no refund. This feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE!"
