"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. ..."

"Only notified there was no electricity AFTER ckin and signed documents. Smelly pillows, dirty bathroom and annoyed employees. If I knew electricity would be out until 6 pm would have opted for a different hotel, since ckin was extremely misleading"
