"The staff were fine but there were people arguing, loud guests that quieted down when I reported them. Paper thin walls where you could hear everything the guests next door were saying. Outside entrance didn't make me feel very secure either."

"Had to wait for the front desk person to show like 15 mins then room was dirty tub dirty the knob on the tub was broken cigarette ashes in th sink hair on the towels it was just terrible "

"Staff was very nice about allowing us to check in late - we called ahead and they were very accomodating. Overall this is a very rundown property and there are cockroaches. We slept with the lights on. If we could have, we would have left and found another place to stay but it was 12:30AM and that was not an option. People live here - it's not a regular hotel. There was noise from the hallway all night, a dog was barking and then kids were loud in the morning on their way to school. Do not recommend. "

"Breakfast below average: choice of prepackaged muffins or granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. No room to sit in, just a table with food in bins to choose from. No available extra pillows and just one extra sheet because the manager was washing a load when requested. White refrigerator clean on inside but rusting on the outside of the door, definitely didn't want to touch. Carpet ripped up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower tub had residue, but water pressure was good."
