"The mirror inside my pod fell off the wall and hit me on my back at 3am in the morning due to the guy above me constantly moving around. The manager was informed and did nothing but offered me a free coffee. The mixed dorm was terrible, bad smelling socks and shoes lying everywhere. I requested a move and the ladies dorm was a lot better and more tidy. At night, it was noisy from the door and people going in and out. Suite was well-appointed with all required kitchen items …lower lighted lamps appreciated as many places have poor bright lighting with no dimmer switches. Washer/dryer was great to have (came home with a full suitcase of clean clothes) Rooftop pool was very nice with good sun access. Front desk staff were great. Would definitely stay here again. "
