"Rooms were clean. The staff were great. Bar and breakfast area were excellent. There was plenty to do at Alexander Hills as there was a mini golf course and a new bowling alley and gaming area just been opened at the hotel. Parking was good accommodation was in a nice quiet area."

"There are no staff apart from cleaners. Any requests go via email or phone. The door key pads were really loud and could wake you up if people arrived late, which they did. It seems to be a combo of a post rehab facility and motel for people who want a less expensive room. There is a microwave in the foyer. It is very difficult to fill the electric jug as the bathroom sink was very narrow.No plates. Good parking, close to bus stops and good food options nearby.
I left early as had an opportunity...

"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...
