"This Margaritaville has different amenities than others, so our expectations might have been high. We were bummed to learn they do not have pool side or beach service. The pool was small, but they do have a small hot tub, however, it is older and not the best.
The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom suite, which, we absolutely loved for our family of 5. They do have a restaurant onsite, but they do not serve any food from 11am-12pm which we didn’t know and were disappointed to find out after sleeping in after long days of travel. They were very fast or help with room needs, but the staff at the front desk was consistently unfriendly.
The shuttle service to Duval street was actually really nice, and one of the drivers was super friendly and told lots of fun stories.
I don’t think I would stay here again knowing what I know now, but we did like our room. "
